A high intensity fusion class that combines the moves and techniques of Barre, Pilates, and Yoga in one workout.

Boxing

Increase your strength, dexterity, and speed while learning the sport of boxing. This class incorporates various boxing techniques as well as strength and conditioning exercises used the most by boxers including jump roping, mitt training, shadowboxing, and other strengthening exercises.

All participants MUST bring their own boxing gloves to participate in the class!

TRX/Barre Fusion

TRX

A combination class that combines TRX exercises with weights or barre exercises.
