Meg found her love for Pilates in 2006. This was a natural fit after growing up taking various types of dance. A few short years later, Meg completed her mat certification with goals to teach the Pilates Method. She wanted to bring the joy of Pilates into other people’s lives. After mat, she went on to study all of the Pilates equipment to fully understand the Pilates Method. Now after hundreds of hours studying and teaching Pilates, Meg has added Piloxing to her resume. Piloxing adds cardio to help burn fat while creating long and lean Pilates muscles. After getting certified in Piloxing, Meg went on to become a certified Spinning instructor. This was the first type of exercise she found a passion for over ten years ago and was a missing element in her fitness career. Enjoying fitness in every way lead her to become certified in TRX the following year. The combination of Pilates fundamentals and the individual challenge was the next step for her. Meg believes that every person can be inspired by Pilates and can achieve a Pilates’ body. Which created her interest in TRX. While adding elements like Spinning, Barre, and Piloxing will only help you achieve an even healthier body.
